Charming staff made moments special

The location was good, nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street. Our spacious room had a kitchenette. The staff's warm hospitality enhanced our stay.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled during the night, leaving the room warmer than we would have liked. The housekeeping could have been a bit more attentive to detail initially.

Clean accommodation, friendly professional and competent staff at the reception desk. The residential location minute walk from an underground station. Nearby Galaxy Restaurant & Bar - great place to chill out. Very clean beds and well-appointed and a nice size room. A stylish decor.

The atmosphere of the hotel is family. The services are very good, including a nice pool. They offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge too.

Wow, the staff here are legends! They helped us plan our outings and even hooked us up with some local tips. The brekkie was proper lekker, with fresh fruit and muesli-just what you need in the morning! Rooms are spacious with a nice view of the tree-lined street.

Air con was a bit moody sometimes, but not a total jol breaker.

I really liked this hotel. Beautiful room, courteous staff, always ready to help. Close to all attractions. Located on a quiet street,peace and quiet in the evening like at home. A good place to relax together and with children. Direct line subway to the airport near the hotel.Comfortable hotel with all points of view. Thank you very much.

On the first day forgot to leave a tip for a maid, cleared out so-so. But the next day after 5 euro it was cleaned to a shine.

The staff at the hotel, they are the best.

I saw this hotel rated as 5-star by Booked.net. This is a 3-star hotel at best! The room was spacious but the carpet was not very good and the towels were very bad (some times torn and worn-out). Generally the room was not attractive at all. My room was faced to a wall, so no view at all; although there were windows, there is nothing you can see due to the wall and the barrier the hotel put to avoid seeing the close of the next building! They do have rooms with balconies; but those were not available (although I stayed 5 nights in this hotel).

Our Junior Suite featured a lovely balcony overlooking a peaceful street. The private kitchenette was a lifesaver for family meals!

The hotel staff were fantastic. We had many questions and got great answers and references for all our needs. They should be commended. The hotel room was about the best I have ever stayed in for this price range. The hotel is convenient to major transportation, sights, and resturants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed and would recommend this hotel at the top of our Athens list!

The breakfast is pricey (19 Euro) for what you get. There were several nice breakfast places nearby though.

Everything about the hotel was excellent staff, accommodation, position, it is situated 150 metres from the Metro which goes straight to the airport.

The stay was quite enjoyable due to the spacious Junior Suite that comfortably accommodated my family. The breakfast provided a delightful assortment, especially the daily Greek specialties that were a nice touch. We appreciated the tranquil atmosphere of the tree-lined street, making it easy to unwind after a busy day exploring the nearby attractions like the Acropolis and various museums. the air conditioning in our room struggled to keep us cool at night, which was a bit uncomfortable.
